Irving Resnikov was a terrific portrait painter and abstract artist. His many portraits were produced under the pseudonym "G. Fox", his agent. Ascribing portraits to Mr. Resnikov can be a challenge, though, as many of Mr. Fox's painters signed their paintings "G. Fox". Regardless, Irving Resnikov's, work was head and shoulders above his fellow ghost painters and is easily recognizable to those who have studied his work.
